Tri Pointe acquires PAs 3 & 6 at Bedford masterplan located in South Corona, California

Province West and Pacific Ventures are pleased to announce the closing by Tri Pointe Homes of the future Averly (PA 3) and Wyatt (PA 6) neighborhoods at Bedford. Averly is planned for two-story townhomes that will range in size from 1,289 to 1,539 square feet and will be complemented by Wyatt, which is programmed for three-story paired homes ranging in size from 1,398 to 1,570 square feet. Both neighborhoods are anticipated to provide home deliveries by early 2023.

Serving as the social epicenter of this residential village is the residents-only Hudson House, offering everything from swimming in pools to playing pool at the Sidecar Bar. The Shed is envisioned as another signature recreation experience. Planned to open in 2023, The Shed will be a fitness hub with a dash of art that flexes for a wide array of gatherings and fun. Other planned and existing amenities include a variety of neighborhood parks, a dog park, walking trails, and more than 50 acres of permanent open space.

Set against the rolling hills and valleys of the scenic Santa Ana Mountains, Bedford is a gated master-planned community, planned for up to 1,550 residential units on approximately 300 acres, located adjacent to Interstate 15 in South Corona.

The jewel of Bedford is the stylish Hudson House offering residents everything from a multi-purpose room for private parties to areas for weekend BBQing and lounging on the deck. At the heart of Hudson House lies an array of water activities for everyone to delight in. Residents can head over to the family pool on warmer days or take the little ones over to the kid’s pool that is sure to be filled with games, laughter, and fun. For early morning workouts or weekends spent relaxing on the deck, residents can head to the adult pool.

Encouraging healthy living and outdoor gathering, residents of Bedford will discover acres of parks, gardens, and pathways within the community. From Barks & Brews at the Dog Park to the perfect quiet shaded spot to work, parks at Bedford have a purpose. 

The signature amenity within Phase Two is The Shed. This planned 1.2-acre facility is envisioned as an artistic mix of physical and mental fitness. A new shopping destination is coming to South Corona, right across from Bedford. Offering immediate I-15 access, Bedford Marketplace is anticipated to open in late 2021. Architecturally, Bedford Marketplace incorporates American Farmhouse styling to tie the marketplace to its residential neighbor.
