Land Broker
We are seeking brokers at all levels – Associate, Senior Associate, and Vice President – to join our Southern California land brokerage investment sales practice.
You will be joining a team of proven, multi-disciplined professionals focused exclusively on assisting clients in the acquisition, capitalization, and disposition of residential land throughout California. The deal-oriented position requires an understanding of real estate market fundamentals and real estate development.

Flex Paid Time Off
We believe our employees should be able to take as much paid time off as they need, as long as they keep fulfilling their duties and without detriment to the company’s operation. In order to clear the mechanism, we ask all full-time salaried employees to take at least 10 days off each year. Each year, Province West also observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Other holidays will be determined on an annual basis.
Friday Team Lunch
To say we love food is an understatement. We spend nights yelping the best hidden hotspot and planning vacations around a must-try-before-you-die restaurant. Each Friday, our Principals treat the team to lunch. We spin the Food Wheel (yes, it’s real) and travel to favorite eateries in Orange County.
