Tim Lewis Communities closes escrow on a 3.68-acre site zoned for a minimum of 38 three-story townhomes with the potential of obtaining up to 44 three-story townhome units within the Riverfront master plan community located in Petaluma, California.
The amenity-rich Riverfront master plan consists of 134 single-family lots acquired by Tri Pointe Homes, 100 apartments with ground-floor commercial spaces, a 122-room hotel, a multi-story office building, and approximately ten acres of park and open space, including a boathouse, athletic field, walking trails, and riverfront esplanade.
In the southeast corner of the community, a residents-only Boathouse spanning 10,000 square feet will be operated for small non-motorized watercraft to access the Petaluma River. Further enhancing the waterfront location of the community, a planned waterfront esplanade and trails will enable Riverfront residents to access Petaluma River and Downtown Petaluma in the future. 
Situated on the Petaluma River, Riverfront has access to the newly-renovated stretch of Highway 101 and is within walking distance of Downtown Petaluma, the new Petaluma SMART train station, Gateway Shopping Center, and the Petaluma Marsh Open Space.
