Ryan joined Province West in the summer of 2021 and focuses on residential land opportunities in the Inland Empire.
Prior to joining Province West, Ryan managed land acquisition efforts for developers and homebuilders, including Clearwater Communities, RSI Communities, William Lyon Homes, and Taylor Morrison. Over the course of his nine year career in acquisitions, Ryan managed the acquisition of over 1,600 lots in markets spanning Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside Counties. Through his involvement in over 100 residential land transactions since 2012, Ryan has developed a depth of experience in local market dynamics, land use planning, market analysis, underwriting, and due diligence. Ryan’s involvement as a buyer of infill, greenfield, commercial reuse, mixed-use, and, master-planned land projects allows him to advise his clients from the unique perspective of someone that has acquired myriad property types under myriad deal structures for wholesalers, investors, and homebuilders.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Land Use Planning from the Metropolitan State University of Denver and holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California, Irvine. Ryan lives in Mission Viejo with his wife Katie and their three children, Landon, Isla, and Vera.
