Pulte Homes acquires Cimarron Ridge – a flagship position along the Inland Empire’s Interstate 215 corridor

Province West is pleased to announce the closing by Pulte Homes of Cimarron Ridge located in the foothills of northwestern Menifee, California. Situated less than two miles west of Interstate 215, Cimarron Ridge is approved for 756 single-family home sites across approximately 240 gross acres.
Cimarron Ridge is a master-planned community thoughtfully designed to provide for the opportunity to deliver homes within seven complementary neighborhoods on four different single-family lot configurations with minimum sizes ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 square feet.
