KB Home acquires a 2.34-acre infill site positioned to deliver detached homes below the FHA loan limits in Santa Ana, California.

KB Home (NYSE: KBH) closes escrow on 35 @ Harbor, a 2.34-acre infill site approved for 35 detached single-family homes in Santa Ana, California. 
35 @ Harbor is planned to consist of 18 three-bedroom units and 17 four-bedroom units as well as a private gated park with a dog run and a BBQ area.
Located in the heart of Orange County, one of the premier metro areas for new housing in the United States, 35 @ Harbor is positioned to capitalize on the increasing demand for detached homes in proximity to employment hubs, schools, services, and shopping.
The community is located less than half a mile east of the northeast corner of McFadden Avenue and Harbor Boulevard, near the 22 Freeway and Interstate 405. The community is nine miles from John Wayne Airport, less than five miles from South Coast Plaza and Downtown Santa Ana, and less than two miles from Mile Square Regional Park.
