D.R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) acquires two neighborhoods within The Fairways, an established golf-oriented master plan in Beaumont, California. The two guest-builder neighborhoods consist of approximately 268 blue-topped lots with minimum lot sizes of 4,500 and 5,000 square feet.
Planned for up to 3,300 homes, The Fairways master plan community offers an active, family-friendly lifestyle in a central Southern California location covering 985 acres. The Fairways residents enjoy access to the Canyon Club, an 8,000-square-foot private recreation and activity center that features an outdoor pool, and the 22-acre Nicklaus Park that includes a disc golf course, playgrounds, and a dog park.
Located within the westernmost segment of Beaumont, The Fairways is five minutes from Interstate 10 and is close to fantastic shopping, dining, renowned entertainment, and endless recreational opportunities, including the adjacent PGA Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon.
