Irvine, CA
C3 Development acquires The Freeth, a mixed-use property consisting of 20 luxury condominiums located at the urban epicenter of Huntington Beach’s vibrant downtown corridor in California.
Located on a roughly 19,700 square-foot parcel that is one-half mile from the ocean, The Freeth affords residents entrance to the most exclusive community in Huntington Beach.
The contemporary building design will offer a 1,889-square-foot rooftop lounge with views that capture the ocean and surrounding mountains. The Freeth plans to offer 20 condominiums in a four-story, plus ground-floor retail, over one level of subterranean parking configuration. Featuring 5,000 square feet of retail space fronting Main Street, the property was imagined as a boutique mixed-use development.
At built-out, The Freeth will offer 17 two-bedroom units, ranging from 1,474 to 1,850 square feet, and three one-bedroom units, ranging from 1,145 to 1,189 square feet.
Located less than ten minutes on foot to 9.5 miles of beaches and at the doorstep to restaurants, entertainment, fitness, and cultural activities found on Main Street or at Pacific City, residents at The Freeth can leave their cars at home while enjoying the quintessential Southern California beach-town lifestyle.

“With its innovative architecture, construction, and interior design as well as its unparalleled walkability to the beach and amenities that line Main Street, The Freeth sets a new luxury standard for pricing in downtown Huntington Beach.”
