C3 Development closes escrow on a mixed-use apartment building in the heart of Village of La Jolla, the highly sought-after market in La Jolla, California.

C3 Development acquires The Pearl, a mixed-use apartment building consisting of 26 apartments and 3,456 square feet of retail and commercial space in La Jolla, California.
The Pearl is a fully entitled infill project located on nearly one-half acre of land. The Project will offer six townhome apartment units with private patios and separate access from Eads Avenue and second-floor apartment units accessed via a lobby entrance on Pearl Street. Second-floor units feature open-air walkways, private open space, ocean or mountain views, and extra high ceilings and lofts.
The ground floor contains commercial space fronting Pearl Street, separated by covered at-grade parking with 26 total spaces. 
Located at the corner of Pearl Street and Eads Avenue, The Pearl is within walking distance of local shopping, restaurants, museums, La Jolla Cove, and Marine Street beaches.
