Lacy Crossing

Exclusively represented a legacy landowner in the positioning and disposition of an urban commercial site approved for 33 attached townhomes and 84 three-story detached townhomes on roughly 6.14 acres of land, in the heart of Downtown Santa Ana. With the majority of the Project’s housing plans positioned below the FHA loan limits, its unmatched proximity to employment centers, transportation corridors and mass transit, and its on-trend urban walkability, Lacy Crossing was uniquely positioned at the confluence of economic viability and homebuyer preference. The offering produced proposals from more than ten qualified buyers, including several publicly-traded national homebuilders, and resulted in the all-cash bulk acquisition of the entire site at a purchase price that exceeded the business plan.

With architecture designed to accommodate two distinct neighborhoods, Lacy Crossing was poised to take advantage of the area’s emergence as a haven for artists, young professionals, restaurants, galleries, and the urban housing movement that accompanies those people and uses.
