Successfully identified and led efforts to assemble 22 acres that required coordinating transaction timeframes and alignment of closing conditions for five different landowners, allowing them to achieve pricing otherwise unattainable on a stand-alone basis. Simultaneously, drove value for the developer by creating a business plan and product programming recommendations that ensured the project aligned with the acquisition parameters of the most aggressive participants in the market. Upon entitlement, executed a targeted marketing campaign that was customized to demonstrate how the opportunity met each homebuilder’s acquisition goals with respect to revenue projections, prevailing hurdle rates, delivery pipeline business plans, and average sales price targets.
