Irvine, CA
KB Home (NYSE: KBH) closes escrow on Lacy Crossing, a 6.14-acre fully-entitled site consisting of 117 townhome units in the heart of Downtown Santa Ana, California.
Lacy Crossing consists of 84 three-story detached townhomes and 33 attached townhomes, poised to take advantage of Downtown Santa Ana’s emergence as a haven for artists, young professionals, restaurants, galleries, and the urban housing movement. The 84 detached homes are expected to range between 1,861 and 2,274 square feet, while the attached homes will run between 1,363 and 1,836 square feet.
Located on East 3rd Street and Garfield Street, Lacy Crossing is within walking distance of 4th Street Market and Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center for bus and Metrolink as well as about a mile from the Santa Ana Zoo.

“With the majority of the floor plans positioned below the FHA loan limits, its unmatched proximity to employment centers, transportation corridors, and mass transit as well as its on-trend urban walkability, the Project is at the confluence of economic viability and homebuyer preference.”
