KB Home (NYSE: KBH) obtains a new neighborhood within Sycamore Hills, a mixed-use master plan community with 78,000 square feet of premium retail space. The 176-unit neighborhood consists of 83 two-story and three-story townhomes, of which 22 are three-story and 93 two-story detached motor court homes.
Sycamore Hills is a fully entitled mixed-use village master plan with 321 residential units located in the Cities of Upland and Claremont, the gateway to Los Angeles County.
Designed to complement the Westridge at Sycamore Hills neighborhood, the newly acquired neighborhood will offer homes ranging in size from 1,616 to 2,085 square feet, and all homes will feature private open space. Sycamore Hills will also offer resident amenities, including a pool, outdoor BBQ, and multiple open space areas.

A minute south of State Route 210, Sycamore Hills has convenient access to employment hubs in Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Pomona, and Chino. Plus, residents can easily access State Route 210 for commuting into Downtown Los Angeles. Sycamore Hills’s retail space includes the Inland Empire’s first-ever Whole Foods grocery store and CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, MOD Pizza, and Orangetheory Fitness.
