Meritage Homes controls the last remaining neighborhood within Summerly, one of the Inland Empire’s strongest selling master plan communities.

Meritage Homes Corporation (NYSE: MTH) closes escrow on the last guest-builder opportunity within Summerly, one of the Inland Empire’s strongest selling master plan communities. The newly acquired neighborhood at Summerly will consist of 58 single-family units ranging in size from 2,200 to 2,800 square feet.
Summerly is a highly-amenitized community, planned for 1,677 homes within 24 residential neighborhoods across 700 acres.
To date, more than 1,500 lots within 22 neighborhoods have been successfully delivered to guest builders, who have sold more than 1,200 homes. Summerly currently offers a variety of floor plan alternatives in four neighborhoods ranging in size from approximately 1,350 to 3,053 square feet and priced from the low $300Ks to the mid $400Ks. 
Located in the heart of the Summerly master plan community, a resident’s only The Summer House recreation center includes a resort-style pool with Splash Park, expansive lounging decks, and a trellised picnic area. The amenity-rich community also offers multiple pocket parks and a 24-acre Summerly Community Park that includes an area of large and small dog breeds, four baseball fields, a soccer field, a basketball court, a skate park, picnic pavilions, and a play park.
