ENTITLEMENTS:
The site is located in the Residential Opportunity Overlay Zone, and a planned unit development submittal for the Project was submitted to the City of Anaheim by the Seller in March of 2017. It is anticipated that the Project will receive approval of all of the required discretionary approvals at its scheduled planning commission hearing in November of 2017. The receipt of all of the discretionary approvals and the expiration of the requisite appeals periods will be a condition precedent to the close of escrow.
