Libby Frantz-Wickland

Libby serves the eastern segment of Riverside County, with special emphasis on the Coachella Valley, Beaumont and Banning. Prior to joining Province West, Libby enjoyed more than 6 years at Whittlesey Doyle, one of the most respected land brokerage firms in Southern California. While there, Libby gained invaluable experience as a Senior Land Advisor, developing and executing transactional strategies tailored specifically towards the unique requirements of property owners, homebuilders, financial institutions, developers and investors operating in the Coachella Valley.

Libby began her real estate career as an Associate in the office properties group of Colliers International, operating out of their Reno, Nevada office. While there, she leased more than 400,000 square feet of office space and facilitated the purchase and sale of several office buildings. A professional snowboarder prior to transitioning into the real estate industry, Libby earned a bachelor’s degree in history and a minor in business administration from UCLA. Libby is a licensed real estate professional in California and Nevada.
