An extensive background in the positioning and disposition of master planned communities and complex deal structuring, along with our transactional experience and unparalleled market knowledge, enables us to effectively position assets and achieve results in this challenging market environment.

Prior to starting his career in residential land brokerage, Dan served as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, working with executive and senior management on a variety of strategic initiatives in the areas of operational effectiveness, financial planning & analysis, organizational design & realignment, management reporting, and product acquisition integration. Dan holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an honors concentration in Financial Services and a minor in Economics from Saint Mary's College of California in Moraga, CA. He is a licensed California real estate professional. Dan resides in Newport Beach with his wife, Kimi, and their son, Hugh.
