Rett I. Coluccio, Principal

Rett has played an integral role in the formulation and implementation of a variety of business plans for sellers, investors, wholesalers and homebuilders along the Interstate 215 Corridor in East Riverside County. His transactional experience in East Riverside County is unrivaled in the residential land industry, providing him with the unique knowledgebase and perspective necessary to effectively position assets in this challenging market environment.

Rett began his career at Cushman & Wakefield in the John Wayne sub-market of the Orange County commercial real estate hub. There, he was involved in a number of significant office leases and the disposition of several investment properties. Rett then spent six years covering East Riverside County for Park Place Partners before forming Province West. Rett is a licensed California real estate professional with a bachelor’s degree in Economics with Financial Application from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Daniel W. McDonough, Principal

Dan’s primary area of expertise includes West Riverside and Orange Counties. Dan brings an extensive background in the positioning and disposition master planned communities, complex deal structuring, unparalleled market knowledge and his prior experience as a management consultant to bear as part of his successful residential land practice.

Early in his career, Dan served as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers, working with executive and senior management on a variety of strategic initiatives in the areas of operational effectiveness, financial planning & analysis, organizational design & realignment, management reporting, and product acquisition integration. He then spent seven years at Park Place Partners prior to establishing Province West. Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an honors concentration in Financial Services and a minor in Economics from Saint Mary’s College of California. He is a licensed California real estate professional.

Marc S. Kleiman, Principal

Marc places special emphasis on the Coachella Valley, where he has been involved in the marketing and sale of numerous high profile assets. As a result of Marc’s unique market knowledge, he has been engaged by banks, public homebuilders and investors to perform consulting services related to market dynamics, product mix and segmentation, entitlement timelines and entitlement strategies.

Prior to forming Province West, Marc spent five years at Park Place Partners, where he was responsible for opening and managing the Coachella Valley office. Marc holds a bachelor’s degree in Politics from Saint Mary’s College of California and a Juris Doctor with an emphasis in Intellectual Property, with honors, from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He is a licensed California attorney and real estate broker.
