Dan McDonough is a Principal and Founder at Province West. During his career, Dan has successfully completed hundreds of transactions, within several asset classes, covering a variety of housing product alternatives, and across most major California metro areas. His experience working on high profile, best-in-class assets for almost two decades has resulted in long-standing, collaborative relationships with many of the industry’s key decision makers and subject matter experts.
Prior to helping form Province West in 2009, Dan was a top producer at Land Advisors Organization, California Division (formerly Park Place Partners) where he began his real estate career in 2001. Dan started his professional career in the management consulting practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working with executive and senior management on a variety of strategic initiatives in the areas of pre-IPO positioning, mergers and acquisitions, operational effectiveness, financial planning and analysis, organizational design and realignment, and management reporting.
Dan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an honors concentration in Financial Services and a minor in Economics from Saint Mary’s College of California in Moraga, CA. He is a licensed California real estate professional. Dan resides in Newport Beach with his wife, Kimi, and their children, Hugh, Wade, and Mara.
