As a residential land brokerage firm dedicated to redefining the standards for client representation in the Riverside County sub-market, Province West was formed by Dan McDonough, Rett Coluccio and Marc Kleiman as an alternative to the bygone, all-encompassing business model. Province West is organized with an intense geographic focus. For nearly 10 years, the partners at Province West have made it their daily mission to understand the assets, market dynamics and people that affect land investment decisions in Riverside County.
Having participated in the sale of over 26,000 lots, for consideration totaling nearly $1.4 billion, we are an entrepreneurial, proactive and innovative organization not content to rely on our past achievements.
